Marabar Caves were formed in Northampton in 1982. The band was started by guitarists Tony Risely and Bill Westley together with drummer Steve Goddard and bassist Chris Jess. They recorded the single 'Seeds that Never Grew/Sally's Place'. This was followed by the e.p. Eyes of Fire. Marabar Caves eventually split in 1994.
